Since I have my eeePC, I'm into online based programs, because I refuse to fill the limited space I have with all kinds of programs.
When I tried to crop a wallpaper from a regular resolution to 1024x600, I couldn't figure out how to do it with paint. Looking online I liked Pixenate (http://pixenate.com/) the best.
But since I searched for about 5 minutes, I can't help but think there's a better alternative online.
So Evilbore, what's the best in your opinion?

once you upload it you can choose "edit picture"
i'm not familiar w/ cloudwalking's option so you may want to look into that

It looks awesome, the top banner ad is bothersome on my small screen though.
Lot's of loading too.
Yeah, Picnik is not going to work with an eeePC, half the screen is useless waste of space.
Thanks for the advice though!

You have to register right? I'm scared of internet detectives. :'(
