It seems to be a mix between the Daily Show and Chappelle/Mind of Mencia.

Only it looks even worse than Mind of Mencia.  And we all know that was horrible.

Yeah it's getting old, Chappelle did it and it was fresh and it was, here's the most important part, FUNNY!  Mencia was the same jokes OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!  And having watched some full clips of sketches from Chocolate News,  :-\
