Eh, he buys or receives whatever.  I'd love to take at a look at his profile and see if he's actually played any of that shit.  In another video he bought Ryu Ga Gotoku Kenzan and Valkyria Chronicle, two incredibly non-import friendly games, for PS3 when in Japan.  I'm sure he never touched them.

You need more than 3300 points across 100 games to achieve that status. He just buys every game that comes out because he's rich and doesn't care how much money he throws away on stuff he probably won't even play.
