This shit is so fucking awesome.

I got a 120GB 3rd generation, but the sw was only 2.5, so I upgraded it and it saw I had a 120 GB so it gave me the games for free.

I set it up to sync wirelessly, so fucking wowsome.

The Zune player software is balls awesome too. But its taking forever to sync my friends list. It goes to 3%, then back to 0%.

Seeing what your friends are playing = wow
Sending them messages = wow

Anything else I should know?

Be careful with deleting files off your HD if you still wanted them on your Zune.  The syncing feature automatically deletes those files off your Zune too unless your software is set properly.  It's probably best just to keep the files on your HD.

I have my own question about the Zune.  I notice seeking times are a bit worse now that my 80gb is almost full.  Is there a way to defragment the HD?

That does sound awesome.  There must be a ton of Zunes where you work.  It's too bad I don't have any friends that have one.  Almost all my friends get suckered by Apple marketing.
