I believe this is for arcade/core owners only, make sure you have less then 128 MB on your storage device, sign into xbox live, then visit the following websites.

You will be able to receive a free 512MB Memory Card or a refurbished 20GB HDD for $19.99.

Kudos to you Microsoft, I went with the free card myself

No. I tried it with my Pro and it said "According to our records, you have a system with enough memory for THE MICROSOFT EXPERIENCE OMG!!!!"
