I don't think so. I don't know exactly how it works so maybe there is a theoretical chance, but I've never heard of anyone overdosing. Besides, the effect is so fast and brief that I think it'd be easy to tell when something is wrong. I know it's been linked to heart attacks, but as far as I know that's only happened when there have been preexisting conditions.
