Who couldn't have forseen this would happen as soon as they realized that new E3 sucked, and nobody cared anymore?
-
Guess publishers decided that having a dignified event isn't so neat an idea if no one actually cares.
:bow Sellouts :bow2

Ooh, maybe I'll go to this one
-
maybe i can get work to send me to this one
-
PAX reminded me how little I actually like gamers.
-
Public?
pass
I think it's a great idea to open it up to the public. The problem with crowding at the old E3 was from every Gamestop and EB Games employee inviting themselves and their cousins. Providing a venue where anyone can attend will reduce the crowd on the business days.

I just imagine game expos as being gigantic showfloors filled with the douches you see waiting for games at midnight launches.
-
GameSpot article says its NOT open to the public, but it's for registered press/retailer/developers, just allowing much more people this time.

I might go and hopefully run into demi again :-*
