Title: Jesus fuck, I give up on Ninja Video

Nothing on the site seems to work. I try to download a show, it tells me it doesn't exist. I try to stream it, same problem. I can download some and I can't on most. I go to the forum, there's like a 20,000 word post on how to fix potential issues.

Is anyone else getting those fucking 404 errors all the time?

Yep.  I gave up on it.  I had the most issues with the TV shows.

They are allegedly fixing it by "bringing up a flash substitute."

Sounds like they're just having issues right now. i'm sure it'll all be back to normal eventually

No, I mean that for now they are putting flash videos you can stream instead of DivX if it 404s. In the meantime they are fixing everything that is broken.
