Title: Star Trek Voyager Thread
Post by: MrAngryFace on October 29, 2008, 10:19:57 PM
I picked up all seven seasons a week ago and have been catching up, working tandem with the DS9 eps. Fun times. I think the funnies part of Voyager eps is how all of them in Season 1 and 2 open.

Kes is in the garden tending to plants. Kes reaches into a container of beetles. Kes puts them in her mouth and eats them. Wtf!?! Kes realizes what shes doing. *WTF I DONT EAT BEETLES!* EYES GO WIDE - INTRO

Harry Kim wakes up, he's not in his own bed. He looks outside -- ITS EARTH! KIM ISNT SPOSED TO BE ON EARTH! - INTRO

During a party for Kes the bridge tries to contact janeway from the bridge. The words coming through the com keep repeating slowly. COM SYSTEMS ARENT SPOSED TO DO THAT - INTRO

Voyager is cruisin through space and they find an old truck from the 1940s. TRUCKS DONT GO IN SPACE - INTRO

thanks to a subspace anomaly, I have to make a tough decision to return home, or save a planet of proto-scum aliens.

haha, a subspace anomaly was the cause of the episode where the com system kept repeating.

Janeway should have taken out a pair of sunglasses and said: "Trucks..." *puts on glasses* "...don't go into space."

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Isn't every other series of Star Trek Better than the Enterprise series was?

I kinda enjoyed some of the fan-servicey episodes of Enterprise, like the ones with Dr. Soong.

Ok so since I cant search sue me. But I wanna talk some trek. I'm on the fence about Voyager complete set for $242 at Deep Discount. Convince me its worth it Maf. I'm a huge DS9 fan and i've only seen the first three seasons (yes I realize I haven't even gotten to the awesomer stuff) and I've seen all of TNG.

Is Enterprise really shit?

Man i'm conflicted lately about trek. Its so much money to throw around.
