Well if your repairs exceed the blue book cost (or whatever they use) of the car, they'll total it out for you.  Might be something to consider.

It's a car that's worth quite a bit less than the repairs would be. My insurance is already high, It would be better off just paying the 120 dollars out of my pocket.

The ironic thing is that I was going to a halloween party as the guy from BURNOUT :rofl  :-\
