i'm not really into any of those three you suggested...never comics at all...movies I see one when I want to and I really started to dislike games after I've been on forums. I just like to come online and chat when I'm home and workout a lot...fun.

I'm at my parents' house right now. They don't live too far from the Mall of America so I like to go there :hyper There's also a theme park here called Valleyfair.

The "big deal" is that they're not only staples of the 20th century, but fractions of an expressive artform. Sure, like with film, there are plenty more series that suck compared to the ones that are good, but there are also a handful of gems in terms of storytelling and entertainment value.

Read "Watchmen" by Alan Moore, and then you'll be a comics fan for life. I fucking promise you.

I go to art exhibits and art galleries about once a month. I hang out at coffeeshops and read books almost every other day. I work on my writing. I go to bookstores/Fry's/whatever. I tried starting basketball again, but it's way too hot. Normally I do play though. I play guitar, and I'm learning bass guitar over the summer. Sometimes we have psuedo band practice with my sister's fiance. I walk to the park. I people watch.

It's mostly quiet, peaceful activities that I do.

Hell, you could walk state from state to state and post updates on youtube or something. It's not like you have a job to go to or anything.

Stick with the guitar. You shall be rewarded. You need a creative outlet. Plus, chicks dig guys who can play the guitar. Not all, of course, but a lot of them. Gotta have all the advantages you can.

If it helps bust that myth, I'm not very good at it. I really only play two songs now (the amount of time it takes before I have to flip a steak or something): Canon in D by Pachebel or the Minuet in G by Bach. :-[
