1. Piper at the gates of Dawn
2. Darkside of the Moon
3. Wish you were here.
The Wall is good, but it was mainly a Roger Waters production. :P Piper is so fucking odd, it wild, weird, and completely different from anything. It's great, the word play, the music, the oddness of it all. Great album. Darkside is the perfect middle ground of odd acid trips and progressive rock. Wish you were here is a good salute to Barrett, the music, the band, everything fell in place really well on that one. :)

wish you were here
dark side of the moon
those are the first two which jump out at me
-
1. Wish You Were Here
2. Dark Side of the Moon
3. The Wall
Meddle is great too but I'll give the edge to The Wall since it has more good songs. Haven't heard Animals yet

1. Wish You Were Here
2. Dark Side of the Moon
3. Meddle
That was easy.
Haven't heard Animals yet
Wtf? >:(

1. Meddle
2. Wish You Were Here
3. Dark Side of the Moon
I really like The Wall as I'm a sucker for concept albums, but it's rather bloated. The ones above are more focused and don't suffer so much.

Wtf? >:(
*starts download* pushy bastard :-*

Dark Side of the Moon
Meddle
Wish You Were Here
(I also hate to leave off Animals :shh)
-
Is Pink Floyd a band that Evilbore as a collective can agree on? Or are we gonna get a couple of snobs that think their music is shit? :P
-
I've only heard Dark Side of the Moon but I really liked it.

It seems to be rolling a good trend so far... I BET Demi is going to be the snob. :P

Pink Floyd>Beatles
-
Yeah, sorry. Led Zeppelin does indeed suck major ass.
-
wow dude, you're sleeping on the couch tonight
-
I'm being facetious. :P

Yes on all counts.

Wish you Were Here
Dark Side of the Moon
Piper at the Gates of Dawn
edit: same as OP

Wish You Were Here
Dark Side of the Moon
The Wall (Comfortably Numb makes my dick numb)
Absolutely positively QFT, even the part about Comfortably Numb.
Yeah, and seriously, who the fuck said Zeppelin sucked? I like Zeppelin more than I do Floyd, and that's saying something, considering how I feel about Pink Floyd.
Edit: However, that's more because I can sit down and listen to Zeppelin more often, whereas it's harder for me to sit down and listen to Floyd when I'm not in the mood to do so.

Animals
Delicate Sound of Thunder (Floyd's music always sounds better live. Gilmore's live sound is amazing)
Wish You Were Here

Piper at the Gates of Dawn
Wish You Were Here
Animals
Dark Side of the Moon and Meddle would be next if I were permitted to list 5. The Wall is far too spotty, particularly sides 3 and 4, with The Trial being the worst offender -- probably the worst "song" Pink Floyd ever recorded. There's a great album in there, unfortunately muddied by a desire to flesh out the concept even when the material was detrimental to the whole.
-
I'm not going to deny that Sides 3 and 4 are spotty on the wall, but.
Hey You
Comfortably Numb
That's enough to kick my ass.
-
And "Run Like Hell", but the list stops right there.
-
Comfortably Numb has the best Floyd guitar solo ever, so...
:bow :bow :bow David Gimour :bow2 :bow2 :bow2

Yeah, how could I forget that?
Damn, I'm going to go listen to some Floyd right now and bootleg the albums I don't have
:bow PINK FUCKING FLOYD :bow2
-
I watched Dark Side with Oz again the other night, wtf it doesn't work at all
Only Money is a match
-
Echoes with the Jupiter and Beyond the Infinite chapter of 2001:ASO works a bit better -- it's still a stretch, but since that chapter is mostly visual, it's easier to accept.
-
Hey, I like the Trial, and I don't even smoke pot
don't be hatin'
-
I can't believe you actually like Vera.
-
The Wall
Animals
The Final Cut
I thought The Wall would be too generic of first choice but I can't deny my love for a couple of the tracks on it. Animals because of "Dog" and The Final Cut is more of a Waters album so I'm not too sure if that should be named. If so, then Wish You were Here would be my third choice.

I can't believe you actually like Vera.
It's such a haunting song. Definitely one of my favorites on the album.
Pigs (Three Different Ones) has such a fantastic intro, btw. I love the bass line and how it works so perfectly with the keyboard riff.
Is this that short bridge track where he's wondering what became of Vera? I thought I was the only one that enjoyed it. Oh Green Shinobi :heartbeat

1. The Piper at the Gates of Dawn
2. Atom Heart Mother
3. A Saucerful of Secrets
One of the few bands where I like every album they've put out.
-
Goodbye Blue Sky is so underrated.
