I'm trying to find a cheap, general-purpose PC for my little brother in college. Mostly for research, a bit of Photoshop, and I guess some very light gaming. Planning to slap that together with the HDD/DVD drives he already has and add this video card (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4138178&CatId=1558) to the mix.

So yeah, is that barebones kit a good deal? I'm trying to cheap out as much as possible.

looks like you'll also need a fan for the CPU.  Barring anything I'm missing completely, it looks like a decent deal.
