It's always been a dream of mine to someday live (or at least have a second house) near the water.  Doesn't have to be near the beach, but it could be on the banks of a river, lake, or with a sizeable stream running through the yard.

My best friend has recently taken up sailing, and is building his own sailboat.  His long-term plan is to own some lakefront property to use for sailing as well.

Me, I'd love to own some lakefront property, but given my current location, I'll be lucky enough to be able to buy a house in a couple of years, let alone waterfront property.
