Post by: Eric P on December 01, 2008, 02:59:07 PM
i'm trying to find a good 32" monitor

dell used to have a good one that was sub 1k

is there anything better out there currently?

edit: my mistake.  that was much smaller.  looks like they have a TV for 799 right now though.

Wow.  That's big.  Are you doing some video editing or something like that?

it would be an all purpose monitor as i don't have a TV in the apartment.

in thinking about it, 32" may be to large after all.

i think maybe 27.

i currently have 19 and would like to be able to lay in bed and watch movies on it comfortably.

Why not just buy a 32'' TV and use it as a monitor?

I'm also looking for one, I gave up looking for monitors though as its cheaper to get a TV. But finding a sub 40" 1080p with a good screen is proving to be difficult.

If your looking for something in the 24 inch I can recommend this, I work on it every day and its lovely. http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=11300960&whse=BC

Its too small for me and the bedroom but it makes an awesome monitor.
