I think it might be the worst*, especially if you get some nose action going on. Even worse than orange juice. I don't know why I still eat tomato sauce-containing dishes, because this happens every time. Oh yeah, I remember why: it's fucking delicious on the way down.
*Worst not counting things like popcorn that are problematic to vomit for their own unique reasons. With popcorn, the thin skins of the kernels get stuck in your throat and in your nasal cavity, causing additional discomfort or hacking and gagging. Tomato sauce sucks because the spices in it aggravate the nose on direct content and there is high acidic content in the sauce itself, and combined with stomach acid and bile, it's way too much and too nasty.
I can only hope I die soon :(

haven't vomited in a while myself
-
Last few times I've barfed, it's been completely effortless, like eating warm apple sauce, but backwards.
-
So in your opinion, what foods are pleasurable to vomit?
-
I agree. I once vomited lasagna. Not fun.
-
Don't remember the last time I vomited. Doing it all the time must be horrible. You've said it doesn't happen often in public right, like when you're eating lunch with friends or at work?
-
Yup. Nothing quite like the feeling of stomach acid burning the lining of your sinuses. At this point TVC, I'm going to assume you've tried all the available stuff like Zantax and Nexium before eating that stuff?
-
he spews when we're at lunch all the time, like right onto the table or into his lap. at first it was really off-putting, but now it's just part of his charm.

Hmm, there are some things that legitimately do taste good on the way up, but it's probably in my best interest that I can't recall specifics (since even though I vomit frequently, it's not like I vomit any one thing frequently enough to recall the particulars of its return visit.
I'm better at recalling things I should stay away from. Rule number one is try not to puke for about 2ish hours after taking medicine. Not only does that probably hose the efficacy of the medicine, but most meds are extremely unpleasant to throw up. This is especially bad because I take like 12 pills a day.
-
I imagine teriyaki chicken would taste pretty good mixed with a little bile and some rice.
-
I tend to go heavy on the soy sauce, so I tend to not remember teriyaki as pleasurable. My overzealous soy sauce consumption is probably one of the things that started this behavior in the first place.
-
I used to like eating pringles and chewing them up then spitting them out and eating them again. They somehow change into more tastiness that way.
-
Last time I threw up was after a night of drinking at a bachelor party. The last thing I had to eat was a shishkabob. It came up the same way it went down.

Spaghetti vomit is vile.

My most pleasurable vomiting was milk. I had been throwing up all day, and was really thirsty but the only things I had to drink in my fridge were mountain dew and milk (tap water :yuck). I figured the carbonation and acidity of mountain dew probably wouldn't be a good idea, even though I had heard milk isn't a very good thing to drink when you were throwing up. It tasted fine going down though so I didn't care.
About an hour later I went and threw it all up again, and the milk was still cold, and it felt really soothing and refreshing on my raw throat. A++, would throw up again.

Oh yes it is.
Nose action? HURTS SO BAD. :(
