Im not very good at figuring out which muscles Im using/ need to work on, but basically I get tired too quickly while Im fucking... Im always bushed after 30 minutes or so.
Can anyone suggest excercises that would help my pelvic thrusting skill? Would sit ups help?

are you like doing push ups in bed or something
because thats not very good exercise practice.

you're kind of using your whole body, at least isometrically for many muscles, when fucking. i would suggest running if you're having problems.

Are you going for... general stamina? I mean, are the muscles getting sore, or are you just getting winded and you feel tired? Two totally different things. If you're just getting tired, running and doing the usual situps/crunches/etc would probably work.
