Thinking of getting this (http://www.shopatbuffalotech.com/cart/product.php?productid=16804&cat=42135&page=1) and swappin' out the hard drive for a bigger one. Read a couple of articles and apparently you can do pretty cool stuff with these NAS units like have them run torrents for you and stuff.
One thing I want to know more about is DNLA/uPNP media stuff. So how does it work? Can I just have my 360/PS3 run a search for the NAS? Will I need to have videos encoded properly for the system (DiVX for the PS3, for instance) or does DLNA handle all the decoding stuff (highly doubt it)?
