Title: Anyone else having internet trouble today?

I can't get on ebay, along with about a dozen other sites without getting the "cannot display" error

also some pictures and such are failing to load in pages

just checking to makes sure it isn't my router or pc

i still need to disable UAC and a bunch of other irritating "protection" programs since i installed vista on the new hard drive

Weren't you messing around with your router?

That would seem like a more logical explanation.

no, i set it up last night, and everything was fine up until a couple of hours ago

i rebooted my cable modem and it cleared up

I've been having odd problems too.

my internet keeps going out sporadically.  it's like a PTP is going down somewhere out there, and I lose connectivity while a new path is decided on... I've no idea.  It's only out for 30-45 seconds.

My internet at work is fine, but some bastard drank all the milk, so clearly that's a bit of a problem.

I didn't have any problems.  Then again, the only site I visited aside from here was www.cajole'snicepenis.com
