I've been playing here for about a month: www.triplejack.com
It's flash-based and free, so no downloading a client or handing over a credit card. The graphics are humorous and there are some incentives to keep your money and play well. Awards, points, stats, money charts ... even though the money is free, people pretty much play like it's real because they don't want a shitty score.
