Usually by now I feel a gun being pressed to my temple, causing me to actually start studying.

Nothing.

I feel like going back to bed.

I tried to bribe myself with food, but I just ended eating all the Klondike bars. The carrot (or ice cream) and stick approach is tough when you control the carrots and sticks.

contract law. Luckily I already read all the cases, so that's probably why I'm in no hurry to review my notes. Meh. The memo is the real killer. It's times like this I wish I actually went to class.

I did all my classwork for the next 4 classes over the past few days, aside from a paper that I will probably pull out of my ass a day or two before it is due.  And I don't have class monday because some black dude was born or died on that day or something.  Martin Lawrence King or something.  Probably that crazy dude from that sitcom where he cross dressed all the time.

Doesn't ring a bell. Is he the guy who started the Lutheran church?  ???

We don't celebrate your weird holidays up here anyway.

I was going to write an inspirational post here that would have snapped you out of your funk, but I don't feel like it right now. Maybe later.

Yeah, same dude that later went on to be in 2 Live Crew.  An impressive polymath.

I'm sitting here at the law library, and the goal was to use my Saturday to do something productive... instead, I'm posting on Evilbore and listening to music.

your that guy in the library tapping away at his keyboard and giggling aren't you?

I always want to kick those guys in the throat.

Keyboard tapping in the library or at meetings pisses me off.

Nah, I'm not that guy. I'm in a private room.

Keyboard tappers aren't NEARLY as bad as the smelly homeless people that like, sleep in the assorted Seattle libraries.  I was in the stacks at Seattle Central and there were so many filth and shit covered homeless people in there that it smelled like an abattoir.

I'm in school for psychology (or neurology, or neuropsychology--not quite sure which), Arvie.  I did not quit my job because I am not distinguished mentally-challenged.  I'm just doing a few classes a semester.

Cool.  How does that work out time wise?

For the moment, I am doing evening classes, so time isn't much of an issue.  It will be more difficult when I am taking 300-400 level classes that only have a few sections going on.

Are you able to take all your classes in the evenings?  I thought about getting another degree here in a few months and don't feel like quitting my job.

How long is your degree going to take doing this?  Did you get any transfer credit from going to uni before?

I honestly only looked a few quarters ahead, but as far as classes that I'd need to take go, I'm fine at least through the end of this year.  Since the US economy will be destroyed before then, that's likely all I'll be able to afford to take anyway.

I will get transfer credit, but I haven't gone through the process yet.  I can't really estimate an end date without knowing how many of my previous classes will translate into filling requirements.
