So, we had this one item that was out of stock for like. 8 months. And I kept asking, "Shouldn't we make this unorderable?" And my boss was all, "No, it'll be back soon". But it wasn't. For 8 months. So, last week we finally got the item back, but there were like 80 uncommitted orders. So he was like "Just cancel them, I don't wanna spend the money shipping" at which point I was thinking, "Well, maybe you shouldn't have taken orders for it, then". Something got screwed and the orders didn't cancel and people got shipped their like. 9 month old orde and now he's pissed, but it's like. Dude, you took the order for it.
Customer service around fuckin' blows. This lady injured herself in some fashion and threatened to sue and the CS lady fuckin' refused to refund her order and sent her a coupon. Now we're in litigation. Is it that hard to make people happy? No. Just send her back her money and a bunch of shit to placate her. Same thing around XMas, we f'ed up someones order and when we fixed it we were out of a certain item. So they told her to fuck off, like sorry we fucked it uop but now you're fucked. In the meantime, send her sme shit now with a promise to send free the shit she ordered when its back in stock.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. I cant believe this place iss till in business some days.
