Title: Hey Gamestop employees, I have a question for you.
Post by: Mr. Gundam on January 21, 2009, 11:32:13 PM
The Steel Battalion bundle (game and controller) is listed as being $49.99 used online. It's out of stock, but there are a few stores with used copies not very far from my house. Am I in for massive dissappointment if I go look for it tomorrow? I've always wanted to buy this game.

I'm worried that I'll show up and it's not actually $50.

I found Valkyrie Profile (PS1) like that a couple years ago on a trip to visit my in-laws in Nebraska. It was $30 online, but $60 at the store.
I REALLY WANT STEEL BATTALION!!

closest store that has it in stock near me is really far

I only played this once when I hung around a Gamestop when it was released and I played a bit with the workers there.  I couldn't justify the cost at the time.  My biggest problem right now would be where to store it.

I'll sell it to you for $50, but first, may I suggest a Gamer's Edge discount card and a subscription to Game Informer?  How about a strategy guide?
