My boss just bought me two PowerShell books so I can get out of the VBScript dark ages. We're making the switch to Exchange 2007 soon, and I'm uber excited about being able to script some good Exchange and Active Directory shit.

For reference, here's the books he got me:
Windows PowerShell in Action (http://www.amazon.com/Windows-PowerShell-Action-Bruce-Payette/dp/1932394907/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1232667681&sr=8-1) by Bruce Payette
- Windows PowerShell in Action was written by Bruce Payette, one of the founding members of the Windows PowerShell team, co-designer of the PowerShell language and the principal author of the PowerShell language implementation. The book enables you to get the most out of the PowerShell environment. Using many examples, both small and large, this book illustrates the features of the language and environment and shows how to compose those features into solutions, quickly and effectively.
Windows PowerShell Unleashed: Second Edition (http://www.amazon.com/Windows-PowerShell-Unleashed-Tyson-Kopczynski/dp/0672329883/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1232667681&sr=8-11) by Tyson Kopczynski, Pete Handley, and Marco Shaw
- The authors begin by systematically illuminating PowerShell’s core concepts and techniques, helping you leverage whatever Windows scripting experience you may already have. Next, using complete, easy-to-adapt examples, they show how to use PowerShell to manage file systems, permissions, the Registry, WMI objects, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and many other elements of the Windows environment.
(What's nice about this is that it's got a lot of real-world examples done in PowerShell 2.0)
