How does this asshole have an entourage of women devoted to his shitty cause?
Doesn't seem like it would be hard to get people to go to NYC to help you make a Youtube video.

They seemed a little too enthusiastic about it to just be in it for the trip.

So, is Bob's game actually any good?
So, is Bob's game actually any good?
Well, he's been pretty mum on the actual 'gameplay' of the game. So far, all we've seen is what looks to be a 2D RPG/large-scale fetch quest, without any of the things that make the genre interesting (battling, stat tweaking, etc).

It looks like the kind of stuff I used to make in RPG Maker when I was a bit younger, putting all my friends in the game and stuffing it full of inside jokes.
If true, it would be the dumbest viral marketing scheme ever made. I kinda doubt it; can't see Nintendo releasing something called "Bob's Game."
It looks and feels like viral marketing for some reason, but nintendo wouldn't do this to themselves. It could be some really dirty tactics by Sony or MS.

Yeah, this sounds like something Sony would do to advertise one of their own games, but not Nintendo. Does Nintendo even have a history of viral marketing? I don't think its viral marketing, it's just weirdness. Though it would be hilarious if Nintendo actually did publish the game :lol
That's great. Have fun on your vacation!
You used RPG Maker instead of writing everything from scratch? I guess that doesn't make yuu as smart as bob now does it

They'd probably call it something like "Earthbound: Bob's Game"
