The fucking left arm on the thing broke in 2 places under nothing but normal sitting conditions.
What's worse, is apparently the company (Novimex Fashion / Gruga USA) offers some sort of lifetime warranty on all non-moving parts. They have their website address on a sticker on the bottom of the chair, but the damn site won't load.
:( :( :(
:santocry
Ecro fucked total. $80 for an 'executive' reclining chair last year down the shitter.

I don't think I'd ever pay more than $40 for a computer chair. You can find decent ones at Staples for about that much.
But sorry dude :(

You can tie it together with the able I just mailed you
Sux duder....
I have a little ikea chair with no back, makes me sit right.

Willco: I can't remember if it was $80 before or after my rebate, but I think it may have been after it.
It's a swank chair. nice high back, and I'm able to recline it back and take a nap with my feet on the wall if i so choose. Problem is with the way the stupid arm is broke, I can't really put any weight against the back of the chair, or it contorts the break even more, and will eventually cause it to break all the way through.

Bullshit. I'm like 190. It's shitty engineering on the chair's arm. It initially broke right where the wire in the middle of the arm stopped. I'll draw up a picture of it or something, to show exactly what I mean.

Alas I was joking. <3

OK, so there's some sort of wire reinforcement bar going down the arm, as I've got pictured. Well, the first place it broke was at the green line right where the bar ended. I thought I'd be able to drill a hole in each end, stick a piece of hanger in there or something, and flue it together with Gorilla glue, but then I noticed the bar was already there.
Then after that, the torque from leaning back with a broken arm caused it to break above the screw in the back. So now there's really no support on the left side of the chair, save that little bit that remains underneath where it broke on the screw, and that's starting to get a stress fracture.
:(
Novimex, I'll get you!
