Title: Unofficial NFL Offseason Thread: Poor TO
Post by: Rman on March 05, 2009, 11:35:26 AM: I know off season NFL talk ain't that popular at EB. And I'm sure this thread will be dead in a week, but there's been some very busy offseason moves of late, so I wanted to start a thread about it instead of sticking stuff in the OT forum.

As a cowboy hater I'm kinda sad to T.O. go honestly, it was a fun sideshow.

Garcia has (almost) always been serviceable. He couldn't get along with those guys, who's he gonna get along with Trent, especially when he starts going multiple games without TD touches

I can only imagine what the other offers out there were like (if there were even any to begin with) if Buffalo was the best one out of the bunch. If he fucks up here, and I'm sure he will eventually, it'll be time for him to leave the NFL or join the Raiders and fade into oblivion.

I suppose he'll put butts in seats, people like train crashes and all that jazz. But this is a pretty blatant indictment on him. I bet the Raiders will pick him up after he burns out in Buffalo lol. Watch Russel overthrow him all the time is gonna be funny

With his history and his age, I don't see him getting anything more than one-year deals the rest of the way. Prediction void in case of Al Davis.
