Title: Microsoft fails at usability once again

For some reason I can never remember a Windows Live ID password.  I've gone through like five in the last six months

Speaking of passwords, SA requires your passwords to be so long and complicated that I always forget mine, so if I ever need to log in, I just reset my password and have them send me a new one.

I do this with all my work passwords, the IT help desk hates me.

Well duh! MS Passwords are always hard to remember!  8)
