heh, it would be funny if they did this and China interfered instead of anyone else. But I honestly think its more a case of North Korea trying to act tough instead of sulking while South Korea and US do military drills that are done annually.

Kosma, you gotta realize something: As long as the military industrial complex stands in North Korea, no amount of aid sent there will do any good, as it will be stolen and more palaces will be built for Kim Jong Ill.

Korea wondering how far they can push, rather than just being pushy, and (b) have some non-PMC forces available if something like NOLA/Katrina happens again.
