2006 has been a drag for me in just about everything, including new music!
So to all of you indie fans, or people with good taste across the board, please suggest some albums I should check out.
Normally I'd do the same, but this is not my year.

All that comes to mind right away I'll think up more when I go home.
Great CD, some of the best work since the split of En Esch and Günter Schulz.

Mando Diao - Ode to Ochrasy
Rodrigo y Gabriela - Rodrigo y Gabriela (I haven't even listened to the whole album - it's just worth it for the Stairway to Heaven and Orion covers with classical guitars)
Deftones - Saturday Night Wrist
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Stadium Arcadium (I loved it when it first came out...I haven't listened to it in months though)
Ummm...that's really all I got.
Oh, and Castlevania - 20th Anniversary Music Collection :lol

I saw them on the Craig Ferguson show a few months ago and my jaw fucking DROPPED. God DAMN they rock that acoustic shit! I have their album sitting on my iPod but I haven't gotten around to listening to it yet.
Orion, like Metallica "Orion"? The one DJ Shadow sampled in "The Number Song"??

Yes, the Metallica one. It fucking rocks, like the original. I really have to get around to listening to the whole album, but those two songs are just so awesome...they're RIDICULOUS.
