But the channel is pretty much fucked now that BSG is ending. Endless reruns of Star Trek TNG & Stargate aren't really that impressive of a lineup.

Eureka takes basically takes place in Area 51(If Area 51 was an easily assessable town). It's basically a town full of super nerds that work on super nerdy things for the Government. Basically the guy seen above(Jack Carter) gets drawn into this secret world when he becomes the new town sheriff. It's basically a show about him, an average guy dealing with not so average things.

Watch an episode or two and see what you think. I love the show and I think a few other EBers could co-sign it's greatness.

Sounds interesting. I'll give the first couple eps a DL tomorrow.

Battlestar Galactica is hot. I can't wait the for the finale. After that, there really isn't anything worth watching on the channel, save for maybe an odd Ghost Hunters ep or two (hint: they never find anything).

BSG is awesome and Eureka is pretty good. What else does the Scifi Channel have that's worth watching? NOTHING. And that's the way it's been for years now. They used to be cool, they used to show stuff worth watching, they used to actually show things that weren't wrestling, God-awful horror movies, and ghost hunting shows.
