Title: IT'S SAINT FUCKING PATTY'S DAY! DRINK UP BITCHES
Post by: Bloodwake on March 17, 2009, 03:13:17 AM: So, I want to go ahead and say fuck the downers who are like "waah alcohol its peer pressure :'( :'( :'( :'(" in the other thread. For some reason, everyone really wants to be judgemental of people like me that want to get fucking plastered comfortably in a damn bar on St. Patrick's Day, both in real life and online.

Today, and I say this in the most kindhearted way possible, fuck off. Time to start drinking. Post your damn plans and your beverage of choice here. For me, it's going to be green beer. Sadly, it's probably going to be Budweiser, but it's fucking 25 cents a damn beer. The bar is definitely keeping in mind the hobos and dirty poors affected by 2G2D. PITCHERS ARE A BUCK TWENTY FIVE.

So, ladies and gentlemen, start your taps, its time for whiskey, beer, and another plethora of booze. I'm going to drink a beer as a starter at around noon (Guinness, which is a decent beer), go to class at six, go to the bar at 9:30, then proceed to a kegger a friend of mine is having a few blocks from my dorm.

Peach Koresh with veal served over steamed saffron rice. I've been working my way through this cookbook (http://www.amazon.com/Taste-Persia-Introduction-Persian-Cooking/dp/093421154X) lately and the wife and I decided on that recipe. Not as good as the apple koresh or the pomegranate soup recipes we tried recently, but very, very good nonetheless.
