"He Comes in Peace" It is about JIMMY CARTER!

That caller was freaky. Carter was a pretty inept president but as ex-president he is like some sort of superman.

It's a CGI animation cartoon from Nickelodeon called Jimmy Carter Boy Genius.

Jimmy Carter is a boy genius and way ahead of his friends, but when it comes to being cool, he's a little behind. All until one day when his diplomats are kidnapped by aliens, it's up to him to lead all the children of the world to rescue their diplomats. Will Jimmy succeed?

Didn't Jimmy finally secure the hostages back like RIGHT before The Gipper took office? I think he skipped campaigning to focus on the hostages if I remember.
