shitty acting, shitty dialogue, shitty fake metal soundtrack, dozens of criminal heads exploding like rotten pumpkins

it was everything a punisher movie should be

on the chuck norris militia scale it gets 3 1/2 wacos

This movie is pretty fucking awesome, makes the tom janes bullshit look like a carebears movie.

I'm torn about this one. On the one hand, dumb deathmurder militant action is severely underrepresented in movies today (the Jason "I have an accent and I'm balding, hence I'm tough" Statham shit doesn't count). On the other hand, I really think that out of all the comic book properties, The Punisher probably has the most potential to make for genuinely awesome cinema.

Saw this last night too. Even though the acting, writing and directing was bad I actually had a lot of dumb fun with this. Definitely enjoyed this more than the first two. Also how does Julie Benz always seem to get caught in the middle of these gorey action flicks?

I'm surprised to hear that the acting is bad. I guess it's on the director to, well, direct them, but these guys aren't really bad actors.
