That video's kinda old and there was a thread about it way back but the guy IS still working on it.  Actually him and other volunteers but they're going to change up the arms and make new guns.  The guy's progress can be tracked here (http://www.crymod.com/thread.php?threadid=45245).

This (http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x192/AtsEst/KZ_exlusive.jpg) is the most recent screenshot.  It looks like he'll actually have it close to the trailer after he the changes to the arms and guns.
