Title: If you could die and start over again, what would you do?

I would probably resolve to do everything differently and better, then end up doing everything the same (or even worse). That's what's always happened whenever I've gotten second (third, fourth ...) chances within this life, so I don't know why a whole second life would be any different.

I'd love to redo just this year of law school. Do it over again: actually attend classes, actually talk in class, actually talk to Flannel Girl. But, knowing myself, I'd just do things the exact same way.

Even if I can't relive the past, I can change how I act in the future, right?

I hate accounting. I'm interested in history and politics but I wouldn't want to major in those subjects. I like psychology but chose business school over med school.

I don't know how you can live thinking like that. My death obsession requires at least 20-30 hours of fantasizing and romanticizing my death per week. It is pretty demanding.

I'm most attracted to drowning scenarios or starving to death in the wilderness. Scenes that are drawn out but still have a large element of helplessness. With a motorcycle I could go so fast that I could probably blind myself with the speed. In that case though, I'd probably hope for a quick but fatal spinal break. Or maybe if I could land directly on my head and make it explode like one of Gallagher's watermelons.
