Yeah they are electro, I love when theirs a fusion of the two though. But this era of electronic, the sound, I can't tell why but its real fierce.

Agreed, I was never a fan of oldskool hiphop (or any kinda hiphop for that matter) but am a sucker for the early electro sound.
