Eat when you are hungry but work out to make up for it...?
I used to be like that when I smoked. Do you smoke distinguished effete fellows?
Maybe you have a tapeworm or something...
you cant make room for like a half-hour a day?Eat when you are hungry but work out to make up for it...?
I don't think I have enough time to do that kind of exercising. Plus, doesn't that make me hungry?

I was about to say "worms" but you're gaining weight. Maybe you're gaining because they can barely keep up.
Anyhow, I've been there dude, and you gotta be careful before you stretch it even further. I would go with cheebs' advice, but then again you're not complaining about the gained weight but the hunger.
I meant smoke cigs. I thought yeropeans called them f.a.g.s.
Hunger is (usually) a good indication that your body isn't getting enough calories.
Rebiak are you a particularly big guy or do you exercise a lot?
Any medications maybe?
Take a poop on the floor and root around in it for signs of worms, cancer and/or pregnancy.

No, I'm a skinny guy in build, now I'm a skinny guy with some fat around his waist.
My BMI is almost perfect, but I can clearly see I have too much fat (about 5-10 kilo's worth I would guess).
I now run 3/4 times a week for about 30/45 minutes, but I was hungry before I started running again.
The wrong kind of food maybe?
No medication, in my whole life I took about 5 aspirins total, that's it.Take a poop on the floor and root around in it for signs of worms, cancer and/or pregnancy.
I used to have worms as a kid, they itched my anus so bad.
Are you an emotional eater?
My diet is pretty solid. I only drink 1 cup of coffee a day, water the rest of the day.
My snacks are mostly apples.
Could stress burn more calories?

Probably, but not to such a significant degree. Maybe it can affect how you feel when you eat food. The whole reward-pathway-brain thing.
Dia -fuckin- betes man.
My father and grandma had it. It's diabetes, get yourself checked out.
It depends on what you're eating. Are you eating junk/fast food or healthy food? Healthy organic food will have plenty of fiber and fill you up whereas junk/fast food just makes you crave more junk/fast food.
Could be genetic. Is it in your family?
Can you just get diabetes out of nowhere? It depends on what you're eating. Are you eating junk/fast food or healthy food? Healthy organic food will have plenty of fiber and fill you up whereas junk/fast food just makes you crave more junk/fast food.
I don't eat a lot of junk food, once a week maximum.spoiler (click to show/hide)I would eat your junk as food though![close]
A clearcut sign of diabetes is if you're constantly drinking fluid and are still thirsty.
Diabetes runs in the family. If your parents or grand parents have it, you could have it too. Constant hunger and other related states are a common complaint. Especially if you have been in a lot of stress, high blood pressure only aids Diabetes.
OR
It could just be the stress ( if you've been stressful).
On the other hand, I think 2 meals per day are just a hair too much.
most days i skip breakfast and lunch. my body is just used to it i guess from school. ulcers here i come!
Are we talking full huge like twenty things on them sandwiches, or are we talking about thin little peanut butter and jelly sandwiches you can see through?
I so want some PB&J sandwiches now... :(
It's a response to stress and depression. You are medicating with food.
Yeah, you probably get enough calories a day. The celery will make you poop more though.
Why don't you see a doctor?
My dog's pancreas stopped producing enzymes which meant he couldn't digest his food, I guess it's a little like diabetes. He was hungry all the time for a week or two, but it was only when I noticed him losing weight that I realised something was wrong. Maybe you're only keeping the weight on by eating so much.
This is me, too. I used to just eat whenever but I gained like 20 pounds last year and need to get skinny again for our wedding next year.

Either there's something physically wrong (diabetes, tapeworm), there's something mentally wrong (depression), or you're eating too many carbs. Based on the '5 sandwiches a day' plus potatoes etc for dinner...I'm betting on the carbs. Your blood sugar is spiking after you eat, but crashing again soon after, making you hungry again. Try eating more protein and fats and less carbs for a couple of weeks and see how you feel.
As to why this is a problem for you now, vs not in the past...*shrug*. I bet more has changed in your lifestyle than you've told us here. No-one eats exactly the same and has the same activity profile for years and years. I'm not saying you're lying; just suggesting that you may be omitting important info because you don't see what impact it would have.
