don't bother playing, it's not good.

I'll probably finish it though.

Probably going to give it a rent. I had fun with the demo, although I didn't play it long enough to get to the supposedly horrible on-foot parts.

Vin Diesel's videogame career is burning out faster than his film one.

i can't get my goddamn ds3 to work with this game. the keyboard/mouse controls are butt  :yuck

also the pc version runs weird. it's perfect 60 then it freezes for a split second. it's not normal framerate dropping because the game just locks up.

i need to get a wire for my 360 controller so i can make this easier.

It was a Fast and Furious film - hardly what I qualify as an actor vehicle.  If anything, his videogame career parallels his film career - after a string of mediocre, lousy performing duds, he goes back to the well that he had success from (Fast and the Furious/Butcher Bay) to milk it for some more money (Fast and Furious/Dark Athena).

Can't wait 'till we forget him entirely.

fucking game is trash. it would've been a halfway decent game if it weren't for the poorly designed on foot sections of missions. and from the bit i played of the game you're forced on foot a lot.

Riddick was pretty crappy, if shaky cam gets your dick hard.

Pitch black was a superior film. Only because the ending of Riddick was stupid and Karl Urban looked like a cigarillo.

Riddick is Conan the Barbarian in Space, and the ending just reinforces that.

Riddick had interesting production design, but was hamstrung by an absolutely horrible actor in the main villain slot; Sean Bean probably could have been had within their budget, and would have rocked that role without upstaging Vin.

Karl Urban was also surprisingly lame in the movie.

I finally saw Pitch Black the other day, and was truck by its average-ness. It's a B-movie with some decent effects for its day. In that sense, it's like Tremors, but Tremors is a far superior flick.
