Under normal circumstances the mere idea of buying fried chicken is foreign to her and all the females in my family. Almost all of them make fried chicken that's superior to KFC/Popeyes/etc

She rarely cooks fried stuff tho

Louisiana has some shitty ass restaurants, btw. I remember I went to this place called Mother's in New Orleans. All of the employees were ghetto as fuck, and you had to go and pour your own fucking orange juice because they were too lazy to do it for you.

I'm not a huge fan of creole food...they put tomato paste in everything. (Good) Cajun food is spicier and prepared with less tomato (and to most extents okra).
