Did they fix search so it actually finds things now?  I get the whole indexing thing, but it seems to me they should at least be able to fall back to direct text search for files (not just locations) that haven't been indexed.  or, I dunno, there's gotta be SOME way of making it not feel like a crapshoot.  That's probably my biggest gripe with Vista, an OS I've otherwise been mostly satisfied with.

i still have downloads to finish and files to copy before going Win 7 RC exclusive.

and for the Vista fans, SP2 will soon hit windows update.

Anyone care to post some of the improvements made over Vista?  I already think Vista is a great operating system that simply got a bad rep.
