so i bought age of booty off of impulse and that was a fucking mistake and a half
i have to enter the serial number in no less that FOUR locations to get the fucking thing working and i have to sign up for gamespy comrade for multiplayer and it won't let me log in saying "log in refused by server" though the website for the fucking thing lets me log in just fine.

did through steam and i liked it, but didn't $10 like it. impulse had it for $5 and i def $5 liked it so i thought i'd snag it there. alas

word is that the use of "excessive english" is cause for an IP ban. The game is already IP locked so their take is if you are a honky, have a Japanese IP address, but are speaking in honky tones, you have therefore curcumvented the system and are banzored.
When will whitey learn ? Monster Hunter is a local game for local people, we'll have none of your sort here.
I once tried to play Master of Epic but didn't get very far. My version of Windows is in English and I can't change the language from the default when I'm in certain programs, including most games (I'm not about to change my system language each time I want to play the damn game either). Despite being able to understand enough of what the other players were saying, I had no choice but to type in romanji, which was a sure-fire way to be kicked from a group. Eventually I just resorted to communicating in emoticons before giving up.
