Title: has xbl been acting up for anyone else?

everytime i access someones profile, send a message, ect it takes a LONG ass time to load. often i'm told it can't send my message. i've also been disconnected from live today

I've been booted off 4 times in 2 days... I have been thinking it's my new wireless router, but maybe not.

Marketplace updates, where it refreshes the screen or loads all available content or whatever, those ALWAYS take a stupid long time to load.
