The funny thing is that once word is out that you're a coffee lover, people start giving you all sorts of flavored abominations for birthdays and Christmas. Straight coffee is way too bitter for me, but I like the way coffee tastes once it's been toned down a bit.
What are you using to brew it? If you're steeping or percolating it, you can control the taste quite a bit by how long you let it steep.
