Somehow I've never seen more than bits and pieces of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies. i always just toss them aside because I've seen parts of them and by brain just assumes I've seen the whole thing. However, in reality I'm a failure.
I must rectify this.

I have never seen a Star Wars (4-6) movie in full but have seen all the prequel movies. I think my sin is greater.

I'm going to try to finish Friday The 13th Part V tonight (this is my 5th or 6th try). The movie is noticeably worse than the first four, and I'm having a hell of a time getting through it. Once I finally make my way through all of the Friday films, I will begin with the Nightmares.

V is trash but it does have one of the highest body counts of the series. VI and VII are excellent in their own right (Love the 007 ripoff at the beginning of VI) after that they take a turn for suckville. Jason X is awesome thought just because of how stupid it is. You can tell everyone is in on the gag. I enjoy them all, though.
The best Nightmare films are the original and New Nightmare. Frank Darabont and Renny Harlin worked on some of the earlier sequels which was cool.

Dream Warriors is one of the cheesiest songs ever for a movie. Not even George Lynch's mastery could help that nightmare. :yuck
