Title: Would you ever play Russian Roulette drunk?

If you were fucking wasted, would you ever play?  I was watching Deer Hunter the other night and I got to thinking.  I want to play this game once in my life.  The rush would be insane.  Would you play if you were drunk?

Well how about this question then, if two intoxicated people were playing with a licensed firearm, would the survivor go to jail or be charged with anything?
