I was with them until they used that Manson song again. What the fuck does it have to do with anything going on in the game? Are they so afraid that the game wont sell gangbusters like Mass Effect that they had to resort to trying to be hip?

The only redeeming thing about the trailer is the nice EA logo. I fuckin' love those.

It got so played out, that now even a big game like Dragon Age just looks like an adaptation from some European B movie or some shit.

It's the same shit. Vanilla, dark european medieval fantasy with dragons.

But who knows whether this was just drivel cooked up by marketing that wants a return on it's budget or it reflects the tone of the game.

I hope they aren't just thinking "we're gonna let them scroll to an iso perspective, that'll shut them the fuck up" and then tried getting a hold of Linkin Park's agent.

I'll probably still buy the game since it is bioware, but I'd rather have Mass Effect 2 this fall.
