Private Mode  WOOHOO  :o

I love how they bend over backwards to try and explain the uses for this feature without mentioning the things that it will be used for 99% of the time -- pornography, sexchat, or cheating on your significant other through the use of internet dating sites.  "Suppose you bought a present for someone and you don't want them to see that site in the browser history"  Yeah, sure :lol

Of course Google Chrome had Private Mode for some time now. But regardless, FF is still the best browser out there. Add-ons are epic.

Didn't Microsoft have something like Private Mode planned for IE8, but they canned it because there was too much concern about employers/businesses being unable to track down lazy/perverted users?  Or was it just the "Private Folder" thing that they canned for similar reasons?

Firefox 3.5; the most popular browser for child molesters.

Seems pretty cool.  No Fire Encrypter support yet.  :(

the InPrivate feature is in IE8, it wasn't canned.

I just installed Safari 4. This is great. It's not as fast as FF or Chrome, but the interface and search history feature are amazing. Also, spelling correction ftw.

Is there anything like Mouse Gestures that has no use other than letting you draw stuff on the browser?

I love drawing shit but sometimes Mouse Gestures thinks I inputted something and opens 20 windows.

Is there an add-on to completely mangle the websites you're viewing so they don't show up on the local server logs or something?

Faster than IE8. IE8 was faster than Firefox 3, but it did hang sometime. Not noticing that with 3.5 yet.

Still have to use IE for school stuff, but for everything else I'll stick with Firefox.

I might jump ship from Chrome. Chrome is fast and good and light but it tends to not load Flash videos (F5 F5 F5 F5 F5 F5 MOTHER FUCK F5).

Weird. I thought it would check at startup this morning, but I manually encouraged it to check and it "found" the 3.5 upgrade. Downloading now.

Hopefully it works nicely with NoScript and Flashblock. Oh, and ImgLikeOpera, where I can shut out all the nasty icons and pictures, leaving nothing but text and blocks.

It's sad that I never knew you could undo tab closing until just now

Er, hey, that's news to me as well. I remember hearing about it, looking at the Edit menu, thinking that Undo would be context-sensitive to this task -- nope.

Anywho, right-click on the Tab Bar is OK, I guess. You can also go to History menu, Recently Closed Tabs and find a list of closed tabs from which to choose.
