These past two days has been the first time it's NOT been funky for me in the last month. I'm finally seeing video load and play again. There was a note in the Network Diagnostics pane about Marketplace being a known issue, but other than that, no.

after I finished dl 1943, my mic woulnd't work til I rebooted the 360.

Don't know if it's related though.
