Are these actually the Feynman Lectures? The site said Cornell, but the "Feynmen Lectures" were supposed to be at Cal Tech.

They are Feynman Lectures in that they are lectures given by Richard P. Feynman.  They're not the same lectures the "Feynman Lectures on Physics" books are derived from, no.
